About the Baker

Hello! I have always had a passion for baking and cooking in general. When I went gluten, dairy, and soy-free almost two years ago due to numerous health issues, I found it difficult to satisfy my sweet tooth in the Council Bluffs area. While on leave from my corporate job because of debilitating migraines, I found relief in baking, yoga & reiki.
From there, (with loads of encouragement and help from family, friends, and neighbors) Good Flour Confections was born.
My mission with Good Flour is to create beautiful, delicious, gluten-free AND dairy-free treats without sacrificing taste or texture.
